Detox diets are usually created on an individual basis. However, if you choose to go it alone, the generalized detox diet plan is a great place to start and is safe for most people. You can find many free online sources that list the foods you can and cannot have, as well as the important nutrients and vitamins you must have during the detox. The detox diet can get complicated. However, the best thing about this diet is that the information available is very thorough and helps create an understanding of why you are doing the detox in the first place. It is a real eye-opening experience and very highly recommended not only for weight loss, but also for overall health and well-being.
