I think that this detox diet sample is the best to cleanse your body and stomach. You can use this detox diet sample as is or follow my example and change fruits and vegetables.
This diet normalizes metabolism, improves bowel work. If you follow this detox diet for 10 days you will have healthy bowel, and at the same time, as a result of improving metabolic processes will drop about 5-7 kg!
During the diet you must eat a lot of vitamin C, drink as much water as possible but only non-carbonated mineral water.
And there is a main rule for all detox diet plans – not to use: sugar, salt, carbonated water, bread.
On first and second day try to eat only green apples, and by the evening have a cup of tea with a spoonful of honey.
Day 3.Breakfast: oat meal boiled in water without salt and sugar, a glass of mineral water.Lunch: 200 g of boiled beef, 1 tomato.Dinner: 200 g of boiled rice (may be with a bit of soy sauce), a cup of tea with lemon.
Day 4.Breakfast: oat meal and a cup of coffee.Lunch: two apples, slice of lemon.Dinner: apple and orange.
Day 5.Breakfast: shredded carrots with lemon juice, fat free yoghurt, mineral water.Lunch: baked potatoes, two boiled eggs, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with oil.Dinner: 200 g of boiled rice (may be a bit of soy sauce), a cup of tea with lemon.
Day 6.Breakfast: oat meal.Lunch: oat meal.Dinner: 200 g of boiled rice.
Day 7.Breakfast: a cup of coffee.Lunch: vegetable soup, apple.Dinner: fat free yogurt.
Day 8.Breakfast: oat meal, a glass of mineral water, vegetable soup, three apples, oranges.Lunch: fat free yogurt.Dinner: boiled fish, two oranges, tea.
Day 9.Breakfast: fat free yogurt.Dinner: fish, tea.Dinner: 200 g of boiled beef, rice, three apples.
Day 10.Breakfast: yogurt.Lunch: tea with honey.Dinner: rice, orange and lemon.
This detox diet is not recommended for use during heavy work or physical exercises.
