The dinner time is the best out of the bunch in my honest view.

You can have some snacks and desserts on you diet. You can go for raw nuts, dry fruits, fresh fruits and also juices and also can try for smoothies which are made in your home juicer. It is not advised that you should do this strictly every day but for a successful detox you should strictly follow this detox diet menu for two weeks. After these two weeks you can resume to your normal diet habit.
